When you install auxiliary equipment of the  blow moulder machine yourself, please pay much attention to the safety issues.

Requirements of installing the auxiliary equipment with drive
In case the auxiliary equipment has dangerous actions, please install a safety protection cover for it.
When installing auxiliary equipment, please power off the power switch of the machine.
Please install protection circuit and Emergency Stop Button. The circuit should be in accordance with the relevant standards.
When working in the dangerous area of the auxiliary equipment, please power off the power switch of the auxiliary equipment.
Please check the auxiliary equipment regularly.
Manual control devices should be installed where dangerous areas can be clearly seen.
If the operation area of the auxiliary equipment is next to the dangerous area, please install one more Emergency Stop Button.

Requirement of installing the auxiliary equipment without drives
When installing auxiliary equipment, please power off the machine.
When installing or disassembling the equipment, if the power switch can not be powered off, please install circuit or hydraulic, mechanic devices to ensure that there is no dangerous action of the machine when operating.
Before using the equipment, please fix the auxiliary equipment firmly.
If the equipment is installed in a comparatively high place, please take measures to prevent objects from falling.

Requirement of disassembling the auxiliary equipment
When disassembling, please power off the power switch of the machine.
If the operation is carried out near the hot area, do it until the hot area cools down.
After disassembling, please reset the safety devices to guarantee the safety grade of the machine.
Please check the machine carefully after this work is done before starting the machine.
Only when the entire above requirement is satisfied, the auxiliary device can be operated.
